End User License Agreement

1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TrueSmartTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software products for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
3. Ownership
TrueSmartTech retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. Support and Updates
TrueSmartTech may provide updates, upgrades, or bug fixes at its sole discretion. Such updates may be subject to additional terms.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. TrueSmartTech may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
